Our Tube Mill and Roll Forming Coolant products are formulated as maintenance-free synthetic or soluble oil based fluids, providing maximum cooling in the forming of pipe and tubing from high strength or hard steel. These products will withstand the effects of hard water and are resistant to biological growth; and will provide long tank life.

Grinding Fluids

The Grinding Fluid products are formulated for grinding and machining of precision metal. They contain no petroleum or refined hydrocarbons, they are synthetic based and contain sophisticated lubricants to provide extremely fine finishes without excessive wheel loading.

Cutting Fluids

Chemical Methods, Inc offers Synthetic, Semi-Synthetic, and Water-soluble based Cutting Fluids for light to heavy-duty cutting and grinding which contain friction reducing lubricants and EP additives for superior results with either carbide or high speed steel tooling. These products produce micro emulsions stable over long periods of tough machining operations that resist rancidity when left standing.

Drawing and Stamping Fluids

We offer a line of Synthetic and Water Soluble based Drawing and Stamping Fluids fortified with EP lubricant additives and corrosion inhibitors providing superior light to heavy duty drawing and stamping of ferrous and certain non-ferrous metals, extended tool life, and the elimination of undesirable metal blemishes.
